Unity Skagit Valley
Welcome to Unity Skagit Valley, friends. My name is Linda Spencer. I am the minister of this thriving community here in Mount Vernon, Washington. We welcome you in mind, heart, body, and being. We believe that there is only one presence and one power in the universe, God the good, within and throughout you, and me, and all of life. We have been a spiritual community in Skagit County for over twenty years at 704 West Division Street in Mount Vernon. We are a gathering of likeminded people experiencing our spiritual journeys in a human condition. We support each other in our passage with weekly Sunday services, classes, and special events. Our connections with Spirit and with each other define who we are together. Unity Skagit Valley is a positive, practical, and progressive approach to Christianity based on the teachings of Jesus and the power of prayer. Unity honors the universal truths in all religions and respects each individual’s right to choose a spiritual path. This website offers you the opportunity to request prayers and to communicate with us. We would love to pray with you and see you at an upcoming event or class. We would love to see you at 11 o’clock any Sunday morning. Please come and share a Sunday with us. God Bless you.

Our Music Team
The people who go here are amazing people who cultivate positive attitudes and life transforming perspectives. We empower others; we make a difference both here and in other places. We are incredibly loving and accepting. We really seek to understand how the presence of God is active within us, in and within our lives, and in the world. We practice lives based on prayer and affirmative thought. We practice meditation to more inwardly experience the presence within and to quiet our minds; to be filled with clarity and understanding about whatever life brings to our door step every day. The people here are a sharing, giving, loving, peace-bearing people. When we have challenges, we understand how to meet those challenges from an empowered place. We are fun and have great senses of humor. We are rich in the direct experience of being empowered. Everyone in this church is rising out of old beliefs that have been limitations. It is a healing, empowering place.
